Questions about G-Suite

Is G-Suite the same as the personal (free) version of Gmail?

They’re similar, but we'll be using the business-class edition of G-Suite, which provides more features, more storage and more support with no ads.

Will my email address change?

No, your email address won't change! You'll continue to receive all your email at your current company address.

Do I need to do anything after I get my G-Suite account?

You'll just need to complete a few simple tasks to complete your migration, such as re-creating any email rules you used in [Outlook/Notes] as Gmail filters, and setting up your mobile device to access your services from anywhere.

Will I receive support during the transition?

You will receive support throughout and beyond the move to G-Suite. We will communicate throughout the transition, so you know what to expect, and will provide training and other support, so you are able to perform your work — and even work faster!
